There are many members in the Den and most of us talk every
day. However sometimes in the fun, there may be things about a person that we miss.
Hopefully this column will help us to get to know each other better.
This week our interview features Richard Lowe!
This interview was done before Claudia, my late wife,
passed away on February 1st, 2005.
- Do you live in the city, the suburbs or a rural area?
- City.
- Are you happy there and why?
- I am very happy where I live. We are near our church (a huge
complex across up and down our street), close to entertainment and the drive to work is less than 30 minutes (even with
traffic).
- How tall are you and would you rather be taller or shorter?
- I am six foot tall and I have never had a height issue.
- Have you fulfilled your childhood dreams?
- I dreamed of being married to a wonderful, intelligent woman, and
I achieved that. I also wanted to own my own video games, and I have as many as I desire. I was very creative and I
wanted to spend my life creating and writing, and that's what I do.
- Who is your favorite singer?
- Led Zeppelin.
- What season of the year do you like best?
- Winter. I love the rain.
- Are you happy to have your picture taken or do you prefer
being the picture-taker?
- Both. When I was growing up I didn't like my picture taken at
all, but now I love it. I also love to take pictures and, I believe, have gotten good at it.
- Are you a morning, afternoon or evening person?
- Morning. My wife thinks this is strange.
- Which wild animal is your favorite?
- Panther.
- What section of the newspaper do you read first?
- Front page.
- Do you have a favorite children’s movie and what is it?
- Phantom Tollbooth.
- Are you an extrovert or an introvert?
- Both. I grew up as an introvert, but I've become more and more
extroverted as I've grown older.
- How long have you been online and how has it enhanced your life?
- 15 years, spend much time writing and working on websites.
- Are you a dog person or a cat person?
- Cat.
- What would be a perfect day for you?
- Getting tons done, caught up on things, visiting museums,
watching movies.
- Do you have a favorite candle scent?
- No.
- Can you swim and where do you prefer to swim: pool, lake, ocean?
- Yes, but don't.
- What kind of a car do you drive and do you have a dream car?
- Saturn, yes, Saturn.
- Are you fluent in more than one language?
- No. I have taken quite a bit of Latin, but am not really able to
speak it..
- How did you find Misker’s Den?
- My wife showed it to me.
